Job Description
My Client is a growing Landscape Architecture Studio based in Dubai who is one of several companies owned and supported by a large property development organization.

They have successfully completed a number of projects of varying sizes from large residential developments through to spectacular one off assignments for high profile clients.

An immediate opportunity exists for a forward thinking and highly motivated General Manager to join the team.

The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi disciplined landscape Architecture Design Company.

You will be required to work as part of an in house group of companies for a significant developer and will be reporting to a representative of the clients’ team.
You will oversee and co-ordinate with the design and post contract team for both pre contract and post contract works.

You will be responsible for the administration of projects including all organization of project documents, site correspondence, design issues, construction variations, the preparation of monthly payments and financial aspects.

Your Duties will include;

• Proposal development

The Ideal candidate will be a qualified Landscape Architect
You will be familiar with general landscape materials and plants and their suitability of respective applications,
You will ideally have experience within the GCC and experience in construction techniques and materials utilized.
You will need good organizational skills to allow for the administration of all the project documents.
