The UAE has introduced a new multiple entry visa regime, making it mandatory for applicants to have a health insurance and deposit Rs 11,000 as a financial guarantee.
The changes were introduced from July 5 following a directive by Minister of Interior Lieutenant-General Mr Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, local media said.
According to the new rules, the visa holders can enter the country several times during the six months from the date of issuance and stay for a maximum of 14 days on every visit.
