Cityscape announced that in 2009 it will organizing events in Saudi Arabia and Russia. This will add these two growing markets to its 2009 calendar.
Cityscape Saudi Arabia will be in March 2009 and Cityscape Russia will be in mid 2009 in Moscow.

Dubai Municipality will open by mid June 2008 the temporary Naif Souq, located 500 meters away from the original souq which was gutted in an inferno early last month. The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) announced the availability of The Roof is Growing!, an educational resource for middle-school students and teachers about green roofs and their environmental benefits. The resource includes a lesson plan, workbook, and online interactive program designed to engage students on how green roofs cool cities, clean the air, create habitats, and control stormwater.
